2ND STORY REMODEL
Fully remodeled and updated the second story, including installation of new floors, bathroom and laundry area. Updated the bedroom and transformed the attic space into a closet with custom cut cabinets designed to maximize the unique space.
CUSTOM HOME REMODEL
UNIQUE 2ND STORY DECK
Building a second story deck and attaching it to an older brick house required extensive seismic retrofitting on both the house and the new deck. This deck was designed by an architect to have a rare and unique build using only 3 support posts in an L shape, making it a more complicated build. Sourcing special Brazilian IPE for the finish brought it all together.
WINDOW RESTYLE & RETROFIT
Custom window retrofit and installation. The project included the installation of custom windows and restyling/updating the look and feel with modern window and door trim throughout the house and garage.
BATHROOM REMODEL
Complete demo and rebuild of bathroom. Installed subway tile with accent trim throughout and glass shower partition. Added new vanity, mirror, toilet and chrome fixtures. Installed built-in medicine cabinet along with heated tile floors.
UPDATES, INSTALL & REPAIR
Updates to this beautiful home resulted in multiple handyman and remodel jobs over time and a great customer relationship. Jobs included floor repair, trim repair and installation, dishwasher install and more.
BATHROOM RESTORATION
Remodeled and restored this mid-century bath with handmade tile in the shower surrounding a sleek new bathtub. Refinished the original cabinets, adding new hardware, mirror and lighting and installed new flooring to allow for updating while keeping with the original style and time period.
CLOSET BUILD & CEILING
Designed and built closet space where none had existed. Installed triple barn doors by refurbishing reclaimed wood panels. Replaced dated ceiling tiles with a smooth, modern ceiling.
